The Diabetes Foundation and CarePoint Health have joined forces to offer free diabetes education classes to the community, beginning in April 2014! Led by knowledgeable and caring healthcare professionals, these monthly seminars will focus on all aspects of diabetes management and self-care, including nutrition, exercise, blood sugar control, and more! Sessions will be held once a month at Christ Hospital in Jersey City, NJ, and participants are encouraged to sign up prior to the first session, and then continue the program throughout the year.
